Through out the year I do live streams on Twitch.tv and of late I’ve been doing fan art of friends and other artists. The tree was inspired by this video from Drawfee where they combined the idea of Disney characters twisted by the Darksouls’ franchise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXGuWTUhGOA

I scuplted the troll using Zbrush to match the drawing by SephirothArt. His amazing drawing had a really nice shape to it and I wanted to bring it out in this sculpt. 

I really enjoyed the subtle muscles I got with this sculpt. I look forward to doing more stylised anatomy work soon.

This character, Kaeru, was created initially for ArtWar2 hosted on the Cubebrush's Forums. 

I started in Zbrush and moved through to Blender and painted into Substance Painter. 

These are work in progress shot for the Art War 2 Competition held by Cubebrush

This character was created for Bumbabee Games as a mascot character. The character is low poly with a high poly sculpt. 

This character gave me the ability to explore Substance Painter further than I've done previously.

I have been working on packs of characters, environments and textures. I'm basing them on Dungeons and Dragons (5th edition) for people that want to create simple small characters.  


Grog Bust - Critical Role - 2016

I am a Dungeons and Dragons fan and Critical Role really revitalised that love. I created a bust of one of my favourite characters - Grog as a thank you to Travis Willingham for some amazing laughs.  

A friend of mine has 3D printed the bust with much success.

The three characters were created as fan art for Don't Starve Together Beta release. I love Klei's designs, they are very strong and easy to read. I really wanted to see if I could translate such a stylised 2D character into a 3D character without losing any detail.
